Support & Safety

Help with technical issues, privacy requests, community safety, subscriptions, and data deletion.

Fastest secure option: open Take Up and go to Settings → Contact Support & Safety. The accountless form lets you submit a request and view the response inside the app.

Email support

Email support@nlcraft.com. Include the app version, iOS version, and a concise description. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, recovery codes, journal entries, Examen answers, or other sensitive content.

Community safety

Use in-app Report and Block controls for abusive content or participants. For a safety concern, circle-owner abuse, or a problem using those controls, use Settings → Contact Support & Safety. Take Up is not an emergency service. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Billing and refunds

Apple controls App Store charges, cancellation, and refund decisions. Manage your plan in Apple Account subscriptions or request billing help through Report a Problem.

Privacy and deletion

Read the Privacy Policy or follow the data deletion instructions. Privacy requests can be submitted through the secure in-app support flow or by email.
